Emulator #2 (MegaloMaria Unlimited Universe)

Description

This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

The enigmatic Another known as “Emulator” returns to Kotobukiya’s “MegaloMaria Unlimited Universe” model-kit lineup in a brand-new color scheme!

• [Enhanced Skin Parts Ver. 2] — Introducing “Enhanced Skin Parts Ver. 2” — an upgraded version of the specialized skin parts originally developed to facilitate the combination of female-type “Another” units with standard human-type characters. While the base kit uses the “Principal” frame, approximately 50% of the body — including the joints and exterior armor — has been replaced with these specialized skin parts. The kit features Skin Color D, allowing for seamless integration with figures such asfrom the “Sousai Shojo Teien” series. The shoulder blade joint parts include an alternative set without armor detailing, offering additional customization options.
• [Naked Face] — Includes two types of pre-painted face parts featuring movable eyeballs. The face plates feature tampo-printed expressions, while the eyeballs utilize UV printing; this ensures a high-quality finish straight out of the box, while the included adjustment tool allows you to free change the direction of the character’s gaze.
• [Hairstyle] — The hairstyle combines the back-of-head section from Sousai Shojo Teien’s with the bangs from Three types of bangs are included — a standard type, a glasses-compatible type, and a 3mm-hole type designed to accommodate accessories such as the “MegaloMaria” visor. This variety allows for extensive customization across a wide range of scenarios.
• [Articulation Gimmicks] — Despite its altered appearance, the body retains its full range of motion, boasting approximately 50 points of articulation! The knee joints feature a single-joint structure that nevertheless allows for deep bending, enabling the figure to strike a kneeling pose. The knee armor articulates independently, allowing you to adjust its position to your exact preference. The shoulders, constructed from multiple joint components, can be pulled significantly forward, enabling the figure to pose with its arms crossed. The range of motion in the shoulder area is highly effective for a wide variety of poses, from dynamic, full-body action sequences to stances involving two-handed weapon grips. The torso also boasts excellent articulation, allowing for complete freedom in creating poses such as lying down. The neck features a multi-directional articulation mechanism so it can move forward, backward, left, and right with ease, enabling poses where the head is tilted sharply back. The elbows bend deeply, allowing for distinctly feminine poses, such as resting a hand on her cheek. The hip joints feature an independent left-and-right structure designed to swing significantly forward; this allows for poses resembling flexibility exercises, and enables the legs to spread wide to the sides. This extensive range of motion allows for a broad spectrum of expressive poses, ranging from high kicks to compact sitting positions. For the rear armor, an integrated (single-piece) option, rather than the split left-and-right design, is also included, allowing you to choose the style you prefer.
• [Triple Wrist Joint] — This mechanism features a unique design where bending the hand inward by nearly 180 degrees causes a handpoint to rotate forward. By combining this with separately sold Weapon Units or similar accessories, you can create monster-like characters where the arm itself functions as a weapon. By using the included Standard Wrist Joints and Spacers, you can customize the assembly to suit your preferred aesthetic.
• [Hand Parts] — A total of 14 different hand parts are included in this standard release, featuring a color variation of thelineup. The selection includes expressive hand poses ranging from fists and open hands — essential for powerful standing poses and action scenes — to highly-character driven gestures such as peace signs and hand seals. The molding color matches the brown used for the hand parts included with Ruby Eye.
• [Head & Naked Face Compatibility] — The “naked face” (unmasked face) parts are compatible with the masks from the “Female Type: Another” series, as well as the expression parts from the “Sousai Shojo Teien” series. Additionally, the bangs and forelock parts are compatible with the visors from the “Female Type: Another” series, as well as the bangs parts from select “Sousai Shojo Teien” characters, allowing for unique customizations that blend organic and mechanical elements. The neck features a 5mm-diameter ball joint, allowing for compatibility with other series; furthermore, by utilizing a 6mm-diameter ball joint (sold separately), you can attach heads from the “Megami Device” series.
• [Combat Knife & Goggles] — A clear red combat knife and a pair of goggles are included. The goggles can be attached to the “Glasses-Compatible” style of bangs.
